Once positioned, squeeze the attached pup ball a few times to start filling the Accordion's interior with air- the length expands upward in while the circumference puffs out, each expansion placing devious pressure on inner sweet spots. Twist the quick release knob to the side of the ball to deflate.

In a smooth rubber material, the Primal cleans easily with warm soapy water or a good antibacterial toy cleansing fluid/foam. Compatible with water based lubricants. Note that the measurements provided represent the deflated Accordion.
