Warranty

We are able to offer our customers discounted prices as we are not authorized dealers and are not restricted by the manufacturer guidelines, however this means that we are unable to provide the manufacturer warranty.

The giftmasters Inc offers a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers the same conditions as the manufacturer warranty.

Within the warranty period, The giftmasters inc will repair the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, magnetic fields, or batteries; nor does it cover straps, bracelets, bezels, buckles, finishes, cases, dials, hands, crowns, buttons or crystals. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear; nor does it cover overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents.
Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered under the warranty. Any service or repair caused by a third party will null the warranty.
We will do our best to have the watch repaired within 4 weeks from when received.
